  • All payments made for courses, exams, or subscriptions are final and non-refundable.
  • Once a student has enrolled and gained access to our materials, we cannot issue refunds, regardless of whether the course was accessed or completed.
  • This policy ensures fairness to all students and protects the integrity of our academic programs.

Exceptions (Special Cases)

Refunds may only be considered in the following limited situations:

Duplicate Payment

If a student is charged more than once for the same service.

Technical Failure

If a transaction fails due to verified technical errors but payment was deducted.

Unauthorized Transaction

If payment was made fraudulently without the account holder's consent (subject to investigation).

Refund requests in these cases must be submitted with valid proof of transaction (payment slip, SMS, or bank record).

Refund Process
